YOGA

  • Our approach towards Yoga stems from integrating the purity of its ancient form with our current lifestyle in a holistic manner. 

  • Yoga is meant to be stress free and not practiced as just another physical fitness activity, but rather as the key to balance between the mind, body & soul.

  • We emphasize on personal attention to concentrate on the breath and flexibility of each individual to bring out a refreshed feeling by the end of each session.

  • The sincere practice of yoga makes one feel in connect with the scheme of the cosmos and grounded in their understanding of life.

  • Sessions held Monday to Saturday.

DIET & NUTRITION

  • The ancient science of Ayurveda is found on the basis of creating a harmonious balance between the Mind and Body. 

  • Nutrition forms an important part of an Ayurvedic lifestyle, at Svasti we formulate diet plans customised to each body type based on one’s Prakriti (Nature of one's body) and Ritucharya (Season) to ensure a truely Ayurvedic lifestyle.

  • Sessions held twice a week.

  • Our customised plans include doctor’s appointments and most importantly the Mentor’s personal attention towards our clients.
